Get ready to explore a city that enchants with its modern fabric and historical beauties during this special Eskişehir tour, starting from Erdek.

After a pleasant journey, our first stop will be the Odunpazarı Historical Houses, which showcase the finest examples of Ottoman architecture. While walking along the streets lined with colorful bay windows, you can visit handicraft workshops and shop for souvenirs.

In the Odunpazarı area, the Yılmaz Büyükerşen Wax Sculpture Museum and the Museum of Glass Art await you with an impressive atmosphere where art and history intertwine. After that, visiting the Kurşunlu Complex and the Lületaşı Museum will provide a close encounter with Eskişehir's cultural heritage.

In the last part of our tour, time will be given to explore the heart of the city, Porsuk River and the Adalar Region. Guests may choose to enjoy a gondola or boat tour to discover the city from a different perspective, or relax in cafes and restaurants to unwind from the day's fatigue.

After our visit, we will embark on our return journey from Eskişehir, arriving in Erdek in the evening. An unforgettable experience awaits everyone who wants to live culture, history, art, and nature together!

NOTE: Our arrival time in Erdek may be later than planned due to road congestion, traffic, fog, and weather conditions. A specific return time is not provided; an average time is stated according to the program flow.

3. The customer must carry their identity card during the tours.

4. The customer accepts that all responsibilities regarding baggage and its contents belong to them; they are obliged to monitor and control their belongings, and they will not make any claims against KYZIKOS TRAVEL or its employees for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings for any reason.

5. The customer is obliged to comply with the laws and customs applicable to the vehicle providing the service, and to abide by the rules communicated by the guide, establishment, agency, tour staff, and transportation vehicle operators; they accept to be personally liable for all material/immaterial damages arising from endangering the safety of others, and KYZIKOS TRAVEL will not be obliged to provide the service in such cases, for which the customer waives their right to refund.

6. According to the Travel Agencies Association Law No. 1618, KYZIKOS TRAVEL or its employees make the selection of businesses where breaks will be given considering customer interests. In cases of force majeure, the majority opinion of guests on the bus will be sought.

7. The customer agrees that expenses for food, beverages, personal expenses, and all goods and services not defined in the services provided are to be paid by themselves.

8. Tour fees do not include museum card fees; the museum card is valid in museums and archaeological sites affiliated with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and is not valid in places with low carrying capacity where excessive loading can result in the preservation of the historical fabric being compromised.

9. Seat numbers for tours organized by KYZIKOS TRAVEL will be determined according to the reservation order, and guests who cancel their reservations for front seats will have their vacant places filled by guests from the back to the front. Guests who wish to sit next to each other must ensure that their groups are not rearranged or moved forward, at which case guests with reservations in the back will be moved to the front. For reservations of three or more with an odd number, the seat arrangement will be determined by KYZIKOS TRAVEL according to the participants' gender. In such adjustments, guests will not be informed of seat changes, and it will be at KYZIKOS TRAVEL's discretion.

10. Guests who have made a definite reservation for tours prepared by KYZIKOS TRAVEL must preserve the ‘payment receipt’ given for the amount paid; guests without a payment receipt cannot claim rights on the tour fee paid.

11. Guests who have pre-booked for day tours must pay the applicable tour fee to KYZIKOS TRAVEL at least 7 days before the tour departure date; guests who surpass this time limit can have their pre-bookings canceled by KYZIKOS TRAVEL without any reason.

12. Guests registered for day or overnight tours agree that they cannot receive a refund of the paid fee if they wish to cancel the tour for any reason (other than valid documents such as health reports, appointment letters, etc.).

13. For overnight and international tours organized by KYZIKOS TRAVEL, guests must make the advance payment specified by KYZIKOS TRAVEL staff to finalize the tour; they must complete the payment of the total tour fee at least 30 days before the tour departure date.

14. The customer can transfer the service to another person who meets the required conditions with written notification to KYZIKOS TRAVEL up to 7 days before the service starts. The transferee is jointly liable for the balance and any costs incurred due to the transfer.

15. In confirmed tours, guests participating must be ready at least 15 minutes before the departure at the specified tour collection point. KYZIKOS TRAVEL's personnel designated to prioritize the convenience of other guests may commence the tour without waiting for latecomers. Guests who miss the departure will have no rights for refunds or any claims against KYZIKOS TRAVEL due to their own personal reasons.

16. Tours will commence and end at the points designated for the participants. Guests can board at locations determined by KYZIKOS TRAVEL during the journey and disembark at designated points on the return.

17. For any force majeure events beyond the control of KYZIKOS TRAVEL's staff, changes to the tour program may be made, and participants accept that KYZIKOS TRAVEL and its employees bear no legal or penal responsibility for such changes.

18. Guests providing contact information upon registration waive any claims against KYZIKOS TRAVEL and its staff for any inconvenience caused by failure to reach them; thus, it is mandatory for guests to keep their contact information updated.

19. Despite KYZIKOS TRAVEL's due diligence, it reserves the right to cancel a tour due to adverse weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, terrorism, fog, likelihood of war, unforeseen technical issues, and all other force majeure circumstances without regard to the time remaining before the tour date. Customers acknowledge that there will be no refunds in the event of such cancellations. (Guests presenting valid documents such as health reports or appointment letters may receive a refund.) Guests registered in a canceled tour may have their registration transferred to the next tour or their payment held in KYZIKOS TRAVEL's account pool. Guests wishing to keep their payment in the account pool may use the held amount on any tour at any desired date. In such situations, the customer will not be entitled to compensation.

20. All day and overnight tours organized by KYZIKOS TRAVEL will be conducted using appropriate vehicles, depending on the route and program's convenience.

21.Termination and Modification Conditions

In Case of Customer Termination:

After the agreement for a day tour is finalized, the customer can only terminate the agreement by notifying the agency in writing. In case of the customer's unilateral termination:

If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the tour date, a fee of 10% of the tour price will be deducted from the customer.

If cancellation occurs between 15-30 days before the tour date, a fee of 50% of the tour price will be deducted from the customer.

If the cancellation occurs 15 days or less before the tour date, the customer must pay the full tour price.

The customer agrees and undertakes to pay the tour price to the agency under the above conditions in case of cancellation. Otherwise, the agency reserves the right to claim any legal interests and damages due to delay.

In Case of Agency Termination:

The agency may cancel any tour without obtaining customer approval but with prior notice, up to 3 days for day trips, 7 days for domestic overnight trips, and 14 days for international trips, or earlier. In such cancellations, the amount paid will be fully refunded to the customer. However, the customer acknowledges that they will not have the right to claim any material or moral compensation from the agency and waives any such compensation claims.

Modification Conditions:

If the customer wishes to change the date or content of the tour, modification requests must be made at least 14 days in advance. Additional fees may apply based on the extent of necessary changes.

Unless otherwise specified in the detailed tour program, the customer may transfer the purchased tour to another person with the agency's approval up to 21 days before the travel starts. The transferee will be jointly and severally responsible for any costs arising from the transfer.
