As Kyzikos Travel, we have planned a fun and educational day for our children. During this special tour, where we will spend the entire day at Istanbul KidZania, the little ones will enjoy various activities in a real city and have a fun-filled day. We depart in the morning with our comfortable vehicles and reach Istanbul, after which we enter KidZania and let our children dive into a world full of discovery.


At KidZania, children will experience many professions from being a doctor to firefighting, from piloting to cooking, while learning to have fun, take responsibility, work as a team, and share. With educational workshops, play areas and interactive events, the enjoyment will never end throughout the day. In the afternoon, free time will be provided inside for a meal break, after which activities will continue where they left off.


At the end of this program which will proceed in a secure and organized manner, we will embark on the return journey in the evening with happy memories. We would be delighted to see you in this unforgettable KidZania tour, where your children can both learn and have fun, with the Kyzikos Travel distinction.


NOTE: Depending on road congestion, traffic, fog, and weather conditions, our arrival time in Erdek may be later than planned. A specific return time is not provided; an approximate time is given according to the program flow.

GENERAL TERMS

1. The 'customer' purchasing services from KYZIKOS TRAVEL agency agrees to comply with the rules set out below.


2. The customer is obligated to ensure that the personal details of others who will participate in the tour with them, such as name, surname, ID number, are provided correctly and to inform those mentioned about the pre-information and general conditions.


3. Customers must carry their identification cards during the tours.


4. The customer accepts that all responsibility regarding luggage and its contents belongs to them; they are responsible for monitoring and controlling the items they carry. KYZIKOS TRAVEL or its employees hold no legal or criminal responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings and the customer agrees to make no claims against KYZIKOS TRAVEL or its employees for such reasons.


5. The customer is obliged to comply with the legal regulations and usages that prevail in the vehicle of the service they purchased; they also agree to adhere to the rules stated by the guide, facility, agency, tour personnel, and transportation authority regarding the service purchased and accept full personal responsibility for any potential risks posed to the safety of others, acknowledging that KYZIKOS TRAVEL will not fulfill the service in such cases and that the customer has no right to a refund.


6. Under Law No. 1618 of the Travel Agencies Union, KYZIKOS TRAVEL, or its employees will select the establishments where breaks will be taken, considering the interests of customers in the regions they are located. In cases of force majeure, the majority opinion of the guests on the bus will be taken.


7. The customer agrees to pay for any food, drink, personal expenses, and all goods and services that are not defined as included in the purchased service.


8. Tour fees do not include museum card fees, admissions to historical sites, and the museum card is valid only at museums and historical sites under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and not at those where the carrying capacity is low and historical preservation may be compromised due to overloading.


9. Seat numbers in tours organized by KYZIKOS TRAVEL will be assigned based on the order of the reservation, and for guests who do not attend the tour but cancel their front seat reservations, the emptied seats will be filled by shifting from back to front. Group friends who request to sit together may not interrupt the seating arrangement, and requests from groups to sit together will be shifted to the front as needed. In single-seat reservations for three or more guests, the seat allocation will be determined by KYZIKOS TRAVEL according to the gender of participants. In these cases, seat changes may be made at the discretion of KYZIKOS TRAVEL without informing the guests.


10. Guests who have made a definitive reservation for tours arranged by KYZIKOS TRAVEL are obliged to keep the 'receipt of payment' issued for the amount they paid, and guests without the payment receipt will have no claim for the tour fee they paid.


11. Guests who have made a preliminary reservation for day trips must pay the tour fee to KYZIKOS TRAVEL up to 7 days before the tour date; otherwise, KYZIKOS TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel those reservations without reason.


12. Guests who booked for daily or accommodation tours but wish to cancel their reservation for any reason (excluding valid documents such as medical reports) accept that they will not receive a refund for the amount paid.


13. For accommodation and international tours organized by KYZIKOS TRAVEL, guests must make the required advance payment by the date specified by KYZIKOS TRAVEL staff to confirm their participation and must pay the total tour fee no later than 30 days before the tour date.


14. The customer may transfer the service to a third party who meets the conditions by providing written notice up to 7 days before the service starts. The transferee is jointly responsible along with the transferor for the balance and expenses arising from the transfer.


15. In confirmed tours, guests participating must be ready at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the departure time. The staff assigned by KYZIKOS TRAVEL may proceed with the tour without waiting for late guests to prevent inconvenience to other guests. Guests who have paid for the tour but are unable to attend due to personal problems will bear no claim against KYZIKOS TRAVEL for any legal or criminal liability.


16. Tours will commence at and conclude at the point notified to the guests. Guests may participate in the tour at points designated by KYZIKOS TRAVEL and will be dropped off at points determined by KYZIKOS TRAVEL during the return.


17. KYZIKOS TRAVEL retains the right to make changes to the tour program due to unavoidable circumstances or circumstances beyond the control of the staff executing the tour involving third parties or natural events, and tour participants accept that KYZIKOS TRAVEL and its employees bear no legal or criminal responsibility for these situations.


18. Guests who provide contact details during registration assume responsibility for any inconvenience arising from the inability to reach them at those contact details, and cannot claim any rights from KYZIKOS TRAVEL or its employees regarding this matter. Guests are obliged to keep their contact information updated.


19. Despite all due diligence by KYZIKOS TRAVEL, the tour may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, terrorism, fog, war threats, unforeseen technical issues, and all cases of force majeure without regard to the remaining time until the travel date. The customer agrees that no refund will be made for canceled tours due to force majeure. (Refunds will be issued for guests who present valid documents such as medical reports.) Guests registered on the canceled tour may have their registrations transferred to the next tour upon request or may have their funds kept in Kyzikos Travel’s account pool. Guests who wish to keep their funds in the account pool may use their funds for any tour on any date. No compensation rights will arise for the customer in such circumstances.


20. All day trips and accommodation tours organized by KYZIKOS TRAVEL will be conducted with vehicles deemed appropriate by KYZIKOS TRAVEL according to the route and program suitability.


21.Termination and Change Conditions

In the Event of Customer Termination:

Once an agreement for a day trip is made with the customer, it can only be terminated by giving written notice to the agency. In the case of unilateral termination by the customer;

For terminations made more than 30 days before the tour date, a 10% deduction from the tour fee will be applied.

For terminations made 15-30 days before the tour date, a 50% deduction from the tour fee will apply.

For terminations made 15 days or less before the tour date, the customer is obligated to pay the full tour fee.

The customer agrees and commits to pay the tour fee under the conditions mentioned above in case of cancellation. Otherwise, Kyzikos Travel reserves the right to request any legal interest and compensation resulting from the delay.


In the Event of Agency Termination:

The agency may cancel any tour without customer approval, provided that the customer is informed, up to 3 days before domestic day trips, 7 days before domestic accommodation trips, and 14 days before international trips or earlier. In such cancellations, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded in full. However, the customer accepts that they have no right to claim any material or moral compensation from the agency regarding this cancellation and waive any such claims.


Change Circumstances:

If the customer wishes to change the date or content of the tour, change requests must be made at least 14 days in advance. Additional fees may be charged to the customer depending on the nature of the changes.

The customer may transfer the purchased tour to any desired person with the approval of the agency up to 21 days before the start of the trip, excluding specific conditions outlined in the detailed travel program. The transferee is jointly and severally responsible with the transferor for any balance and expenses arising from the transfer. Even if the transferee does not sign the sales contract, they will be held responsible for it under the rule of succession, and if the transferee cannot attend due to reasons originating from themselves, or for any reason, they will have no right of refund.
