We start our journey by picking up our guests from the meeting points. We enjoy the coolness of Hasan Boğuldu located within the borders of the National Park as we pass through the Yörük village of Zeytinli located at the foot of Kazdağları. While breathing in the fresh air among the tall pine trees, we listen to the legendary story that has inspired films from our guide as we reach the Hasan Boğuldu pond. After a short break at a local market, we head to Sütüven Waterfall, where we can also take a swimming break after we reach the waterfall that cascades from a height of 17 meters. Then we arrive at Kızılkeçili village, home to an 800-year-old monumental plane tree. We visit the ancient tree and continue our tour.
We visit the Sarıkız Museum, reflecting the culture of the Türkmen people living in the area, and then arrive at Pınarbaşı for lunch. After lunch, we ascend to the Zeus Altar located in Çanakkale. We take photographs of the magnificent bay view and listen to the mythological story of the Zeus Altar from our guide before moving on to the Rum village of Adatepe. After a refreshing break at a quaint village café in the square known for its stone houses, we explore the village before completing our tour and heading back. NOTE: Depending on road traffic, conditions, fog, and weather, our arrival time in Erdek may be later than planned. A specific return time cannot be given; an average time will be indicated according to the program flow.

GENERAL TERMS
1. The 'customer' purchasing services from KYZİKOS TRAVEL agency agrees to abide by the following rules.
2. The customer is obliged to provide accurate information such as name, surname, and TC Identity number for themselves and other individuals participating in the tour, acknowledging that they are responsible for informing others about these rules and the preliminary information provided.
3. The customer is required to carry their identity card with them during the tours.
4. The customer accepts that they are solely responsible for their luggage and its contents; they are obliged to monitor and control the items they bring, and KYZİKOS TRAVEL or its employees bear no legal or criminal responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced items, and the customer will not make any claims against KYZİKOS TRAVEL or its employees for these reasons.
5. The customer is obliged to comply with the laws and practices applicable to the vehicle for the service they purchased, will follow the rules informed by the guide, facility, agency, tour staff, and transportation vehicle authorities regarding the purchased service, and will not endanger the safety of the persons and property of third parties. The customer accepts that they will be personally and primarily responsible for any material or moral damages that may arise from endangering the safety of third parties, otherwise KYZİKOS TRAVEL will not perform the service and the customer will not have the right to a refund.
6. According to the Law No. 1618 on Travel Agencies, KYZİKOS TRAVEL or its employees choose the businesses where breaks will be taken, considering the interests of the customer in the regions they are in. In the event of force majeure, the majority of the guests on the bus will be consulted.
7. The customer accepts that they will pay for all food, beverages, personal expenses, and all goods and services not defined as part of the service they purchased.
8. The tour fees do not include the museum card fee or entrance fees to historical sites. The museum card is valid in museums and historical sites affiliated with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and it is not valid in places where it is thought that the historic fabric cannot be preserved due to low transport capacity and excessive loading.
9. For tours organized by KYZİKOS TRAVEL, the seat number will be determined based on the order of reservation and guests who cancel their front seat reservation without attending the tour will have their vacant seats filled starting from the back to the front. Group friends who request to sit next to each other will have their seating arrangement not disturbed, and the back-row reserved guests will be moved forward in a way that does not change the arrangements of groups requesting to sit together. In reservations with three or more people, the odd one out will be determined by KYZİKOS TRAVEL based on the gender of the participants. These adjustments will be made at the discretion of KYZİKOS TRAVEL without informing the guests about seat changes.
10. Guests who have made a confirmed reservation for tours organized by KYZİKOS TRAVEL are required to keep the ‘payment receipt’ provided in return for the fee they paid, and those without a payment receipt will not be entitled to claim the tour fee they paid.
11. Guests who have made a preliminary registration for day trips organized by KYZİKOS TRAVEL must pay the available tour fee to KYZİKOS TRAVEL at least 7 days before the tour departure date, and those who exceed this period can have their preliminary reservations canceled without reason at the discretion of KYZİKOS TRAVEL and its employees.
12. Guests registered for day trips and accommodation tours who wish to cancel their tour for any reason (except for valid documents such as a health report, assignment certificate, etc.) accept that they will not receive a refund of the amount paid.
13. For accommodation and international tours organized by KYZİKOS TRAVEL, guests must make an advance payment on the date specified by KYZİKOS TRAVEL's employees to finalize the tour, and the full tour fee must be paid at least 30 days (1 month) before the tour departure date.
14. The customer may transfer the service to a third party fulfilling the conditions of the service until 7 days before the start of the service by written notification. The transferor and the transferee will be jointly responsible for the balance and all expenses arising from the transfer.
15. For finalized tours, guests participating in the tour agree to be ready at least 15 minutes before the tour departure time at the designated departure point. Staff assigned by KYZİKOS TRAVEL may start the tour without waiting for guests who arrive late, considering the inconvenience this may cause to others. Guests who have paid for the tour but cannot attend due to personal issues accept that KYZİKOS TRAVEL will not be legally or criminally responsible and they will not claim any refund or rights.
16. Tours will start and end at the points notified to the guests. Participants can join the tour at points designated by KYZİKOS TRAVEL along the route and can get off at designated points on the return.
17. The tour program may be altered due to force majeure events or circumstances beyond the control of KYZİKOS TRAVEL's personnel arising from third parties or natural events. Guests accept that KYZİKOS TRAVEL and its employees will not be legally or criminally responsible in this regard.
18. Guests who provide contact information at the time of registration will not be entitled to compensation if they experience any inconvenience due to inability to reach them. Keeping contact information up to date is mandatory for the guests.
19. Despite all precautions taken by KYZİKOS TRAVEL, the agency may cancel the trip due to adverse weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, terrorism, fog, war potential, unforeseen technical issues, and all force majeure events without regard to the time remaining until the tour departure date. The customer accepts that no refund will be made for tours canceled due to force majeure events. (Refunds will be made to those who present valid documents such as health reports or assignment certificates.) The registrations of guests on canceled tours can be transferred to the next tour at the request of the customer or the amount paid can be kept in the pool account of KYZİKOS TRAVEL. Guests who wish to keep the amount in the pool account have the right to use the held amount for any tour they choose at any desired date. In these situations, the customer will not have the right to compensation.
20. In all day and accommodation tours prepared by KYZİKOS TRAVEL, tours will be conducted with vehicles deemed appropriate by KYZİKOS TRAVEL according to the route and program suitability.
21. Termination and Change Conditions
In the Event of Customer Termination:
After the customer has made an agreement for a day trip, this agreement can only be terminated by written notification to the agency. In the case of unilateral termination by the customer:
If the termination is made 30 days prior to the tour date, a fee of 10% of the tour price will be deducted from the customer.
If the termination is made 15-30 days prior to the tour date, 50% of the tour price will be deducted from the customer.
If the termination is made 15 days or less before the tour date, the customer is obliged to pay the full tour price.
The customer agrees and undertakes to pay the tour price under the above conditions in the event of cancellation. Otherwise, the agency reserves the right to claim any damages arising from legal interest and delay.
In the Event of Agency Termination:
The agency may cancel any trip without obtaining the customer's approval but must notify the customer no later than; 3 days for day trips, 7 days for domestic accommodation trips, and 14 days for international trips before the tour starts. In such cancellations, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded in full. However, the customer accepts and undertakes that they do not have the right to claim any material or moral compensation from the agency for this cancellation.
Change Conditions:
If the customer wishes to change the date or content of the tour, the change request must be made at least 14 days in advance. Additional fees may be charged for the changes made.
Except for special conditions specified in the detailed travel program, the customer may transfer the purchased tour to any person with the agency's approval until 21 days before the start of the trip. The transferee is jointly and severally liable with the transferor for the balance and expenses arising from the transfer. Even if they do not sign a sales contract, the transferee is responsible by virtue of the principle of succession, and in the event that the transferee cannot attend the trip or is unable to participate for any reason, they will not have the right to claim a refund.
