After departing from Uşak, we head to Ulubey Canyon, which is known as the second-largest canyon in the world. This natural wonder canyon, approximately 77 kilometers long, offers visitors a unique view with its structure formed millions of years ago. We take a short photo break at the glass terrace, and for those who wish, we enjoy a pleasant walk by the canyon's edge.
Next, we move to the Kuladokya region, known as "Turkey's Cappadocia" with its volcanic formations. This special area, included in the UNESCO Geopark network, was formed about 2 million years ago by the lava and tuff layers of extinct volcanoes shaped by wind and rain. With its natural fairy chimneys and unique geography, it is an open-air studio for photography enthusiasts.
After our lunch break, we head towards the Kula Houses, which preserve their historical fabric. These houses, with their bay windows and stone streets, are remarkable remnants from the Ottoman period to the present and are protected as "Urban Protected Area." We explore the elegant examples of local architecture, and for those who wish, we take a short walk through the historical streets.
After spending a delightful time in Kula, we head back to Uşak with memories and beautiful photos from the day.
NOTE: Our arrival time in Erdek may be later than planned due to road congestion, traffic, fog, and weather conditions. A specific return time cannot be provided; an average time will be indicated based on the program flow.
