We set off at the first light of the morning and our journey begins with a breakfast stop along the route. After having a delicious start to the day, we head towards Sığacık Castle, which attracts a lot of local and foreign tourists on Sundays, thanks to its authentic atmosphere. The Sığacık Market, set up inside the castle, is waiting for us with stalls filled with hand-made herb pastries, böreks, sarma, and homemade desserts made by the villagers. We also give free time in this market, which is famous for its organic products.
After the free time, we get back on our bus and head towards Çeşme. We start our tour by visiting Çeşme Castle, Archaeology Museum, the Amphora Exhibition, and the historic Caravanserai. Next, we will visit Balıklı Köşk, famous for its large aquarium containing around 400 fish, including sea bass and bream, located in Fener Burnu Cove.
In the final part of our tour, we move on to Alaçatı, a charming town that reflects the spirit of the Aegean with its stone structures, narrow streets, and lavender-scented mastic gardens, famous for windsurfing. Here, you can purchase region-specific mastic jams and enjoy a pleasant walk among the historical stone houses. After giving free time in Alaçatı, we conclude this day filled with beautiful memories and start our return journey. See you on the next Kyzikos Travel tour...
NOTE: Our arrival time at Erdek may be later than planned due to road congestion, traffic, fog, and weather conditions. A specific return time is not provided; an average time is indicated according to the program flow.
